Bu politika, My Outlet Guide mobil uygulamasının kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Topladığımız bilgiler
Uygulamanın çoğu bölümü hesap oluşturmadan kullanılabilir. Hesap gerektiren özellikleri kullandığınızda aşağıdaki bilgileri işleyebiliriz:
- Firebase Authentication ile oluşturduğunuz hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, benzersiz kullanıcı kimliği ve e-postanızdan veya profilinizden türeyebilen görünen ad.
- Favorilerinizdeki outlet kimlikleri; kaydettiğiniz gezilerdeki gezi adı, destinasyon/outlet, tarih, yolcu sayısı, notlar, gezi bölümleri ve eklediğiniz uçuş ayrıntıları.
- Uçuş fırsatı tercihleri ve bildirim tercihleriniz.
- Gönderdiğiniz yorumlar, puanlar, yorum başlığı/metni, görünen ad ve yorumlarla ilgili yararlı bulma veya bildirme işlemleri.
- Bildirimleri açmanız halinde cihaz platformu ve Expo push token’ı; bildirim ayarları, gönderim durumu ve gezi hatırlatıcılarıyla ilişkili sınırlı teslim kayıtları.
- Destinasyon seçiminizle bağlantılı konum koordinatları; bunlar gezi hava durumu bilgisini istemek için kullanılır. Uygulama bu özellik için cihazınızın hassas konumunu istemez.
Bilgileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
Bilgileri hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek; favorileri, gezileri ve tercihleri cihazlar arasında eşitlemek; yorumları yayımlamak ve yönetmek; seçtiğiniz bildirimleri ve gezi hatırlatıcılarını sağlamak; isteğe bağlı hava durumu ve canlı kur özelliklerini sunmak; destek taleplerini yanıtlamak ve hizmetin güvenliğini/işleyişini korumak için kullanırız.
Hesap, kimlik doğrulama ve e-posta
E-posta ve parola ile kayıt, giriş, çıkış ve parola sıfırlama Firebase Authentication üzerinden sağlanır. Kayıt sonrasında, yapılandırılmışsa, e-posta adresinize karşılama e-postası gönderilebilir. Bu e-posta işlevi Firebase Cloud Functions üzerinden yapılandırılmış SendGrid veya Resend sağlayıcısını kullanabilir.
Favoriler, geziler, yorumlar ve bildirimler
Favoriler, geziler, uçuş fırsatı tercihleri ve bildirim ayarları hesabınıza bağlı olarak saklanır. Yorumlar yayımlandığında diğer kullanıcılara görünen adınızla birlikte görünür. Bir yorumu yararlı bulma veya bildirme işlemi kullanıcı kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilebilir. Bildirimler isteğe bağlıdır: izni ve uygulama ayarını verdiğinizde Expo push token’ınız kaydedilir; bildirimleri kapatırsanız kayıtlı token’lar devre dışı bırakılır. Uygulama ayrıca cihaz üzerinde yerel gezi hatırlatıcıları planlayabilir.
Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılar
Hizmeti sağlamak için Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore ve Cloud Functions) kullanırız. Push bildirimleri için Expo’nun push hizmeti kullanılır. Hava durumu özelliği Open-Meteo’dan, canlı döviz kuru özelliği Frankfurter’dan veri alır. Bir outlet için Google Maps, Apple Maps, Yandex Maps veya outletin resmi web sitesi bağlantısını açmayı seçerseniz, ilgili üçüncü tarafın gizlilik uygulamaları geçerli olur. Karşılama e-postası yalnızca bu işlev yapılandırılmışsa SendGrid veya Resend üzerinden iletilebilir.
Saklama, güvenlik ve çocukların gizliliği
Hesap verilerini hesabınız açık olduğu ve hizmeti sağlamak için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklarız. Firebase hizmetleri ve erişim kuralları, verileri korumaya yardımcı olmak için kullanılır; ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir aktarım veya depolama yöntemi tamamen güvenli değildir. Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
Haklarınız ve hesabınızı silme
Geçerli hukuka tabi olarak verilerinize erişmeyi, düzeltmeyi, silmeyi veya işlenmesine itiraz etmeyi talep edebilirsiniz. Hesabınızı uygulamada Profil > Hesabı Sil yolunu izleyerek silebilirsiniz. Güvenlik amacıyla yeniden giriş yapmanız istenebilir. Silme işlemi Firebase hesabınızı, favorilerinizi, gezilerinizi, uçuş fırsatı tercihlerinizi, bildirim ayarlarınızı ve cihaz token’larınızı siler. Yayımlanmış yorumların metni ve puanları outlet bütünlüğü için saklanabilir; görünen adınız “Anonymous account” olarak değiştirilir ve yorumlar silinmiş hesabınıza yeniden bağlanamaz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the My Outlet Guide mobile application handles personal data. By using the app, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
Most parts of the app can be used without creating an account. When you use account-based features, we may process:
- Account information created through Firebase Authentication: your email address, unique user ID, and a display name that may be derived from your email address or profile.
- Outlet IDs in your favorites; and trip information you save, including trip name, destination/outlet, dates, traveller count, notes, trip segments, and flight details you add.
- Flight-deal preferences and notification preferences.
- Reviews, ratings, titles and comments you submit, your display name, and helpful-vote or review-report actions.
- If you enable notifications, your device platform and Expo push token, notification settings, delivery status, and limited delivery records associated with trip reminders.
- Coordinates associated with a destination you select, used to request trip weather information. The app does not request your device’s precise location for this feature.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage your account; synchronize favorites, trips, and preferences across the app; publish and moderate reviews; provide notifications and trip reminders you choose; provide optional weather and live exchange-rate features; respond to support requests; and maintain the security and operation of the service.
Account, authentication, and email
Email-and-password registration, sign-in, sign-out, and password reset are provided through Firebase Authentication. After registration, a welcome email may be sent to your email address when that feature is configured. The email feature may use a configured SendGrid or Resend provider through Firebase Cloud Functions.
Favorites, trips, reviews, and notifications
Favorites, trips, flight-deal preferences, and notification settings are stored in connection with your account. Published reviews may be visible to other users with your display name. Helpful-vote and review-report actions may be associated with your user ID. Notifications are optional: when you grant permission and enable them in the app, we store your Expo push token; when you disable notifications, stored tokens are disabled. The app may also schedule local trip reminders on your device.
Third-party service providers
We use Firebase for Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions. We use Expo’s push service for push notifications. The weather feature obtains data from Open-Meteo, and the live exchange-rate feature obtains data from Frankfurter. If you choose to open a Google Maps, Apple Maps, Yandex Maps, or official outlet website link, that third party’s privacy practices apply. Welcome emails are sent through SendGrid or Resend only when that feature is configured.
Retention, security, and children’s privacy
We retain account data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We use Firebase services and access rules to help protect data, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights and account deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or objection to the processing of your data. You can delete your account in the app by going to Profile > Delete Account. You may be asked to sign in again for security. Deletion removes your Firebase account, favorites, trips, flight-deal preferences, notification settings, and device tokens. Published review text and ratings may be retained for outlet integrity; your display name is changed to “Anonymous account,” and the reviews cannot be re-linked to your deleted account.
